Two Fugitives Placed on "Top Ten"
A worldwide manhunt is on for Usama Bin Laden and James Charles Kopp, the two newest additions to the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list. Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 1998, bombing of two United States embassies in East Africa. Kopp is wanted in connection with the October 1998, fatal shooting of a doctor in western New York State.
